Modern flat located in Borough/London Bridge area. There are three spacious double bedrooms in the flat and one of them is available in the summer. It is a self contained flat on the second floor with access to a garden. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Borough Station and 15 minutes to London Bridge and also walking distance to Borough Market. The location is also very well connected by buses, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes to central London. There is a Tesco Express 2 minutes away and Sainsbury only 5 minutes away. Bermondsey street is also a 5 minute walk away.

Very clean and modern furnishings in bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom comes with a double bed, bed frame, book shelf, desk, chest of drawers, and a closet. Plenty of natural light as well. This sublet is perfect for someone who needs a temporary place in London before finding a permanent flat. No couples please. There is no separate living room.

There are two other flatmates: a male and female who are pleasant and respectful. Unfortunately I have to leave sooner than expected and my lease is until Sep 15.

£150/week for the whole term, excluding bills and council tax, which ranges around £20 to £30/week. I would need a security deposit since I also have one on my lease which will not be returned until after Sep 15. We can also discuss if this is an issue.

Preference will be given to someone who can take it for the whole term. Move in date is also flexible, but move out date should be Sep 15.
