We are 3 males (German, Greek, and English) looking for a friendly, relaxed, and tidy flatmate. The room on offer is a large and bright double bedroom (11m2).

Rent includes council tax and all bills (super-fast fiber internet, gas, electricity, water, and tv license).

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 floors), a large kitchen/dining room, 2 toilets, plenty of storage space, and a small garden (see photos - access through one of the bedrooms). This house is fully furnished, bright with plenty of plants.

Our work schedule is pretty normal 9-5 so when we have time we cook, go to the park together, and sometimes a BBQ if the weather allows. The house has a friendly and cozy vibe. So, we'd love to welcome someone who would is like-minded.

The area is EXTREMELY convenient!
- Bermondsey market square just outside the house with a local butcher, french bakery, a cross-fit gym, and a wall climbing club a few steps away. As a Southwark borough resident, you will have access to the Seven Island's swimming pool and gym for free from Friday-Sunday.
- Bermondsey Tube station and bus stop for no. 47, 188...etc... are exactly 7 minutes walk.
- Bus number 1, 381, P12, C10 toward Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden, Victoria Station are also within 100 meters.
- Monmouth cafe, Maltby Food market, Iceland, Tesco Express, Turkish, fast foods restaurants a stone-throw away.
- Southwark Park (5min walk) where there are 4 tennis courts, running tracks and a big area for football, tag rugby.
- Shad Thames where lots of nice restaurants and bars are a 15-minute walk.
- Surrey Quays shopping and leisure centers - 15 min walk or 5 min by 381 and P12 bus.
