Double Room available in Bright Bermondsey Flat

Double room to let in this lovely flat in Bermondsey, Zone 2.

This is a fully furnished, split level apartment with three bedrooms, a shared kitchen, separate living room with a balcony and a large bathroom.

Alister and I will be moving in on October 2nd 2014 and are in desperate need to find someone to fill the third room. Alister has been studying here for the past three years and is embarking upon the world of work. I am fairly new to London so am hoping to make this a homely place to spend time! We are both into cooking so we would love to meet the kind of person who would venture out of their room to share a dinner once in awhile.

Full disclosure: the signing fees on this property are pretty steep. It includes a deposit, a few agency fees and one months rent in advance which all in all comes to 1590. Sorry but please do not bother getting in touch if you are unable to pay the full amount pretty quickly!
