I have two double rooms available in an unusually large (1500+ square foot), 4 double bedroom, 4 bathroom flat (all en-suite) set over two floors with high ceilings, which is available 4th September.

Located right next to the White Cube Gallery in the Royal Oak Yard gated community, off Bermondsey Street, its the perfect location for the City, London Bridge and a short commute to either Canary Wharf or the West End but even more perfect for More London and Southwark generally.

Bermondsey St has many bars, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques and is full of charm and character. It's vibrant and is the a great place to hang out and relax with friends at any time of day, but comes alive at night and is wonderful at weekends. Its also in the heart of what must be London's gastronomic centre with Borough Market, Rope Walk and Spa terminal, Flat Iron Square and Mercato Metropolitano close by. The Bermondsey Mile runs under the newly developed railway arches of London Bridge and consists of more that half a dozen breweries and gin distilleries. You can explore, taste and drink all that it has to offer.

The room (which shown in the pictures) is priced at £1,150 per month, excluding bills, is a good size double with an en-suite and wardrobe on the top floor.

The current flats hare is well established with all current tenants having moved in over a year ago who consist of a banker (female) and two professional services all with global firms. They are all enjoying the flat, are sociable, but respectful.

This flat share will be fun to live in, without being intrusive, but should provide a social network if you want it. It clearly suits those who want to live close to their work, but enjoy a fun and wonderful central neighbourhood, that offers so much on your door step.
