A calm, minimally furnished but not austere, two bed flat with separate bath and shower rooms with two w. c. Centrally located with cafes, gyms, gastro pubs close by and easy access to tube, buses and Barclays cycle stations. The hubbub of Bricklane or Shoreditch is within a 25min walk away also.

The room is light & bright. A proper sized double room approximately 13 sqm. Fully furnished with double bed, side tables, reading lamps, armchair, small desk and two double wardrobes with drawers.

Seeks, tidy, clean individual who is considerate and ideally vegetarian or someone who will be happy to respect/abstain from cooking meat or fish. I enjoy cooking, good food and company. Always delighted to share my meals & introduce the tasty joys vegetarian cooking!

There is technically a living room but is used as a quiet space. A open, floor-boarded space for the practice of yoga or meditation. This room doubles as a dining space for the enjoyment of good food, wine and company.

A t. v. free environment but if preferred your flat screen can be wall mounted in the room. There is no dishwasher, microwave, or dryer facility.

If you are particularly sensitive to noise (it is london afterall) this will probably not suit. There is double glazing which will dampen sound of passing traffic but not eliminate them.

I am a creative professional who appreciates a relaxing, clean space to arrive to. Like many things in life, a discipline that is cultivated. Glad to socialise ,share a meal, unwind with a drink after the work day but am considerate and respectful of others and their needs.
