Double room in large, light-filled flat near tube

One room in 2-bed apartment in a mansion block off Bethnal Green road available from May 1st. The flat is very big - one whole floor of our building - and super comfortable for two people (but not three - no couples, sorry). It's pretty quiet for being right off the main road, and your room is on the quieter side. It's very convenient to the Central Line (tube is 4 minutes walk), Shoreditch overground and National Rail, we're near tons of bars & restaurants and are running/walking distance to beautiful Victoria Park. Other pluses: a large bathroom with bath that was redone a little over a year ago, and a very large kitchen with adjoining dining room, nice mid-century-ish furniture (with a bit of John Lewis thrown in), plenty of books and lots of art on the walls. I've been here for over three years and and am looking for someone cool, relaxed and quiet to share with. I work from home some days (don't mind if you do too) and like listening to music, bingeing on Netflix or having a few friends over for a drink when I'm not out. It's not a party flat at all, though. I'm pretty clean, though not hyper-vigilant about it. This should feel like a home, not a hotel. Available to view evenings and weekends and some days - email or text to make an appointment.
