The place:
Within a secure, gated warehouse development, in an awesomely central location.

3 mins Borough Tube (Northern), 8-10 mins London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee, National Rail). 10 mins Southwark (Jubilee).

Within walking distance of Victoria (30-40 mins), Leicester Square (25-30 mins), Waterloo (15-20 mins), Tate Modern (10-15 mins), Borough Market (5 mins).

The room itself is large with east-facing windows and own entrance onto the balcony. Ensuite bathroom with shower, bath available in shared bathroom.

House is practically brand new and well equipped, decent kitchen with electric oven; powerful heating when needed, but actually due to the south facing large windows in the living room, heating isn't generally needed much; unlimited broadband internet. The balcony is grade-A awesome - this flat is a sub-penthouse and the balcony faces north, east and south, so has amazing sunlight hours. You feel like a champion sitting out in the sunshine on a Sunday morning!

Me:
I own the property and usually live here. I'm a freelance project manager working in digital advertising. I walk to work in Victoria every day it's not raining, and generally do quite a lot of exercise :) I'm also a professional street performer - juggling, dance and comedy. I am going on tour around Europe for summer, which is why the room is available.

My current flatmate (who you will be sharing with) is a thoroughly nice guy who works for a big management consultancy, so he's often away. When home, he tends to get up very early to go to the gym, so night-owls will need to be quiet after 10pm on weekdays.

What I'm looking for in a tennant:
Someone who is interesting! If you do a lot of anything, and are passionate about it, we'll get on. If you like to sit around doing nothing and watching TV, this isn't the place for you... We don't have one...
