The room has a very comfortable double bed, wardrobes, lots of shelf-space, and a desk and chair.

We have comfortable lounge (with free cable TV), and sliding doors opening up to the garden. The large eat-in kitchen (with a washer and drier) has all the pots, pans, etc. you'll need.

When the sun's out it is great to relax with a glass of wine on the patio in our large back yard. There is a table and chairs outside, and a large barbecue, ideal for having a get-together on those rare sunny weekends.

There are two shower/bathrooms, and a separate WC.

We are located 5 minutes walk from the Underground station at Bounds Green and 5 minutes walk from the train station at Bowes Park, which means you never have to worry about strikes or engineering works affecting your commute.

It takes about 20 minutes to travel to central London by tube or 17 mins to Old Street / Moorgate by train.

If you love the London night life you will be happy to know that quite a few night bus routes run via Wood Green High street, just down the road. Either way you can catch the N91 bus after the last tube, from the night bus hub at Trafalgar Square or Kings Cross, and it drops you only a few minutes walk from the front door.

There is a huge shopping mall, two multiplex movie cinemas, a selection of supermarkets and a variety of pubs and restaurants only five minutes away by bus.
