Double-bed room in friendly house

Hello!

We are two young professional females (one interior designer and one office administrator) in search of a nice new housemate...

The room is a bright, double with a great view over London. Fully furnished, including double bed, desk and wardrobe.
The rest of the flat is split over two levels; downstairs we have a good sized living room (sofa, dining table, TV etc) and separate kitchen with all the usual suspects including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and crockery/pans etc provided. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom with a bath shower.

Our flat is on the top floor, so we get great views, plus no noise from flats above us. We also have the advantage of the building being on the main road, so very safe to get to (no quiet alleyways!), but as our flat is situated at the back of the block we don't have manic traffic noise 24/7! The building itself is a fab 1930s apartment block, with lift and communal garden.

We are a 5-10 minute walk from Brixton tube station, and there are buses from directly outside the flat to central and east London. Brilliantly located for the Ritzy picturehouse (variety of mainstream and independent cinema), quirky Brixton Village (with a great cupcake shop!), Brockwell Park (Lido perfect for summer) and the O2 Academy if you like gigging. Brixton itself is a really lively area, with an excellent market, high street and sports centre, plus on the Victoria Line you can be at Oxford Circus in 15 mins or Victoria in 10.
