You will be sharing with a live in landlord, 30 yr old male tenant and a Boxer dog.

The landlord is a young 50 year old Scot, very laid back with a cracking sense of humour. The boxer is fully house trained and very friendly.

The estate is right next to a bus stop ,8 mins into Brixton, otherwise a 15 minute walk. Tulse Hill Overground is also an 8 minute bus ride and then 18 mins to London Bridge. 2 minutes to Brockwell park and a Tesco Express two minutes away.

There are no house rules apart from basic courtesy for other tenants and cleaning up after yourself. Available to males/ females.
