Single room available in 3 bedroom flatshare on quiet terraced street, close to Brixton, Camberwell and Stockwell (each a 15-20 minute walk). The flat is close to Myatt’s Field Park, one of the best Victorian parks in London and a hidden gem.

We're looking for someone new to share our relaxed and friendly flatshare. Clean, tidy and considerate, respectful of people's privacy. Not a party house. If you can cook/ are green fingered you can take advantage of the garden herbs and greenhouse.

Room is furnished, and includes desk and chair. Lovely room with a view of the garden. (The garden is enclosed so it is secure).

The flat itself is bright and airy with plenty of space, and a decent sized garden at the back. Well equipped kitchen. Separate living room.

Bathroom with shower and extra wc on bottom floor.

Utility room with washing machine, plus plenty of storage..

No smoking.

We have a little black cat, so you would need to be cat friendly/tolerant. .

We are doing viewings in the evenings, but we might be able to fit in some day viewings also. No agents are involved, we deal direct with landlord.
