Hi

I would like to welcome in a friendly male or female or couple, I'm not fussy on what your job is but working daytime hours Mon to Friday is best as it will go with the flow of day to day living around each other, meaning that I hope you are an easy-going person who likes peace & harmony in their own room and that you will respect my space then this could be your room,
I truly do like meeting new interesting people, understanding that we are all individuals into our particular interest, I do ask that my new lodger/house-mates will make clean after using shared facilities.

A little about myself, I work during daytime hours Mon to Fri, I go out often with friends or they come round, I've been told that I'm a very down to earth person easy to get on with and in my home I am committed to good karma,
I am not looking for a best friend(s) but I do feel it is important to get know the person(s) so it would be nice to have those occasional chats getting to know you thing over time.

Your double room is facing the front of house, the main features are large bay window letting in natural sunlight, it is truly a large comfy studio style room, furnished with a double divan bed 4 drawer storage, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, 3 seat sofa and Wi-Fi,

Living only 1 minute walk to local bus stops, just off Coldharbour Lane, and Brixton tube 10 minutes walk (depending on your speed & fitness)to Brixton tube, or 3 minute journey by bus or if travelling to East London you can take a 1 minute walk to Loughborough Junction Station, more about the property it comes with the use of a shared kitchen diner ?, a spacious bathroom ? and and in process off installing a shower with 2nd lavatory,
have a large garden for chill out fun & BBQ with suitable place for bicycles storage, and my property is gas central heating also for health & safety my home is fitted with Smoke alarm system which is regularly checked.

Please tell a little about yourself if you've no profile and understand I enjoy fun & laughter but this is not a place for people who want to party all the while at home or people working really unsociable hours!
