V.Large Db Room W/ En Suite in Brixton

I have a large, furnished double room (master bedroom w/ ensuite) in spacious apartment.

The house is located on a quiet street, about a 10-15min walk to either brixton or clapham north stations. There are plenty of great bars and cafes and supermarkets nearby as well. Brockwell park/lido is also only a 10-15 minute walk.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a victorian town house. There is a lovely garden with bbq, dining tables and a fish pond. The house is fully furnished. There is also a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and second bathroom. The flat also has wifi and (basic) virgin tv, gas heating.

The master bedroom is very large (4mx5m), it a king size bed (5ft by 6ft8), a large wardrobe and bedside draws. The ensuite is a full size bathroom with bath/shower).

I am pretty easy going and generally tidy. I am a professional and work fairly standard hours. I am keen to have a housemate and not lodger (eg. a sharing the odd meal, and generally friendly). I would prefer to share with someone with a similar situation and outlook on sharehouses.(The upstairs neighbours are friendly and easy going)
