Double room available in modern split-level two bedroom apartment on Brixton Road. The bedrooms and bathroom are situated in the basement level with the living room and kitchen on the ground/first floor. The flat is in a block of 8 with a small communal patio at the rear of the block.

The room available is ultimately a small double-room and as such would not be suitable for someone looking for lots of storage space.

Excellent transport links with bus routes to all areas of London just a minute from the apartment while Brixton Station is 5-10 mins walk and Stockwell Station a 10 min walk.

I am a self-employed recruitment professional and although I have no real preference of tenant I do ultimately seek someone who retains a degree of responsibility yet knows how to have fun!
