Hello,
I'm moving out this month and can offer this large double room in Brixton, Zone 2.

Its a large Victorian end-terrace house, in a quiet residential street, just off Brixton hill.
The house has a MASSIVE kitchen and large reception room, as well as a HUGE maintained private garden to the front.
It is 4 bed and 2 bath (one bath/power shower and wc, one shower and w/c).
The room is a ground floor, with high ceiling, bare wooden floorboards and features an old fireplace alcove and fitted shelves with cupboard - as well as a lean-to - a private conservatory that will be great during the summer.
Furnishings include a bed and matress, bedside table, chest of drawers, mirror and side table. The windows are dressed in flor to ceiling curtains.
The kitchen and lounge are communal, and has all mod cons.
No digital tv, but broadband of advertised speed of 100Mg for streaming.
The current tenants are two girls - aussie and kiwi, and a british guy - all busy professionals in London, and a great, laid-back bunch.
Rent and bills are split evenly and collected on the 14th of each month.
The house is very easy going and friendly, with quiet weekday nights and the occasional wild weekend - the garden is great for BBQ's and gatherings.
There is also a furnished spare room for the occasional guest.
The landlord is great. Responsive quickly to any problems and always contactable.
The house would suit a flatmate - not a lodger - to join the current mix.
Prospective flatmates would have to provide references and be subject to a reference check by the National landlord association (£35 fee) and it is a joint-tenancy house.
