Single Room in large Victorian House

We are looking for someone to rent our small single room in our spacious Victorian house situated between Brixton and Clapham North Tube stations.

The house is on a safe residential street and is furnished with a fully equipped, large kitchen, conservatory, lounge, bathroom, second toilet and garden.

We are all young professionals who have met through our house share. We're looking for someone friendly to move with us.

It's a great location for transport and a fun area to live in.

P. S. The two smokers only smoke outside, so there is the option to smoke, but you won't smell it in the house!
