Large furnished double room in Brockley zone 2

Double room for rent

We are currently looking for a new flatmate, ideally professional who speaks English or Polish as we all do, for a large furnished double room with a king size bed in Brockley zone 2.
The flat is located on the first floor in an ex council block of house and consists of

- bathroom/shower/WC
- kitchen with a large fridge tumble dryer and a washing machine
- good size living room with a 42" TV, Freeview, Xbox, fibre optic broadband, Kinect where we all play sports especially during the weekends
- other 2 double rooms and a single room
- there is also a parking space outside, free of charge

We are seeking for somebody tidy, whose able to wash the dishes after him/her self as i know that in most cases its a massive problem, and who generally cleans the flat every now and then, Can be a smoker but its only allowed outside of the flat, no pets and no couples as there is already a couple renting one of the rooms and size of the flat does not really allow for more than 4 ppl. Brockley station is nerby 10 min walk away, and its also 10 min on the train to London bridge, where you can commute to anywhere in London

Viewings can be hold every day after 6pm or all day during the weekends.
