I am looking for a professional, sociable flatmate to share a lovely garden flat with fantastic connections.

A nice sunny, quiet double room with built in wardrobe, and a view out in to the back garden: double bed, bookshelf, etc.

Fantastic Location: quiet area with local shops and restaurants. 5min walk to Shepherd's Bush and Kensington Olympia Underground/Overland stations. 12min walk to Hammersmith. Nearby shops including Westfield, cinemas and gyms - Shepherd's Bush green and Holland park; only 15 minutes to Oxford St and many night-buses.

I am an easy going, friendly and sociable professional guy. I have been living in the flat for nearly four years and have no plans to move in the near future as the place is great. I would like someone who is confident and has his own life in London, but can also share a chat and enjoy the flat.

Move in date: June 30th/ July 1st (or earlier if necessary)

Rent is £700 per month.
Utilities & Council tax and other bills work out around £100 per month.

This flat share is all about the communal space - the massive lounge, great kitchen and the fantastic sunny garden for BBQs and afternoon drinks. The flat has one newly fitted bathroom, a nice large kitchen. Lots of original features and fittings make this a really attractive place. Come and view, you will see!

Kitchen - All mod cons, electric oven, gas hob; full granite work surface, storage. Oh and a Dualit toaster :)

Dining room - Six-person table - great for entertaining.

Bathroom - Newly fitted, Instant hot water, shower/bath. Extraction fan. Combi boiler.

Lounge - Massive sofa and a sofa bed (for guests). Full-length French-doors out to the garden, fireplace (not used), freeview, 32inch flatscreen, Wii and storage.
