It is comfortable here, a Victorian terrace with all the usual amenities. The neighbourhood is lively with the Art School-and Kings College Hospital is a short distance. There are lots of bars and restaurants.
We have good transport. Denmark Hill station is 8 minutes walk and is great for travel into Victoria 10 mins & Kings Cross/City/E. End. Tube links are Oval/Elephant but lots of bus routes.
The patio/garden is lovely in spring and summer.
I write - so during the day, I need a reasonably peaceful atmosphere.
This could be a small oasis for the right person. I'm happy for self-catering -or I'm a good cook!
