Double Room in Camberwell- Long/short term let

Small double room in Camberwell, in a warm, comfortable, modern and well presented flat.

The room is comfortable and has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed (and I'm also happy to put some shelves up). The room is small though and therefore won't suit someone with loads and loads of stuff.

Transport:

Camberwell is now connected by the London Overground , and aside from not being on the Underground, transport links are excellent.
10 min walk to Denmark Hill Overground/ National Rail station.
10 minute bus to Brixton/ Oval Tube stations.
15 minute bus to Vauxhall/ Elephant and Castle Tube Stations
Excellent bus links to central London and the surrounding area.

The rent is £500 per month, and this is inclusive of most bills including,

-Council Tax
-TV Licence
-Wireless Broadband
-SKY
-Love Film Instant
-Fortnightly cleaner

but excludes electricity. (Theres no gas in the property)

Short term lets also considered for £560 per month all bills included.

You would be sharing just with myself, the owner of the property. I am a 36 year old professional working in Education.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, easy company, clean, tidy, reliable and a non-smoker.
Friends are always welcome round (within reason!) but the flat would suit someone who leads a more calm and professional lifestyle, and is definitely not a party flat.

My ideal flatmate would be somebody who has their own life and commitments but equally will not be a stranger.

My interests include Culture, Exploring London, Current Affairs, Music, Movies, Box Sets and Documentaries.

I am also a sports fan, especially Football and Cricket (but not Rugby), so its probably a good idea if you can at least tolerate sports, as it is on the tele quite a lot!
