About us: Dan and Steve, both 25, both
professionals working in London. We live with a couple who are getting married and then moving out in September so would like a like for like replacement! We're friendly and sociable, and enjoy going down the local pubs at weekends! Dan's in one room, Steve's in another, and we both share a bathroom/toilet. But the third room is the bigger couple's room, and has it's own en suite (shower and toilet). There's a living room, kitchen and a balcony which is good for BBQ's in the summer!

About you: We're looking for a couple to fill a double room, en suite. Rent for the room's £850 (no bills). Or we of course would accept a single person as well if they're willing to pay for the whole room on their own. Ideally professionals, similar age to us, and all of the obvious stuff but must be tidy and sociable.

About the flat: modern gated block of flats (not sure exactly but would guess built in the last 10 years), 15 mins walk to Kennington and Oval tubes, or 5/10 mins on bus to Elephant & Castle. Superb bus transport links, can get to Waterloo on the bus in 15 mins, Covent Garden in 20 mins etc. Frequent buses as well!

We know September is far away but we thought we'd see what's out there. Happy to meet for a beer to see how we get on!
