There is off street parking if required .

Easy access to brilliant, local independant pubs and restaurants on Camberwell Church Street, Burgess and Brunswick park are both less than 5 mins walk away. There is a Tesco's express 5 mins walk away and a large Morrisons 15 mins walk away.

There is a large choice of buses 5 mins walk away that will take you pretty much anywhere in Zone One, plus Denmark Hill is 15mins walk which has the newly opened overground line passing through with very easy access to Clapham to the west and the city and beyond to the east.

I am an Events Manager who works fairly antisocial hours, so I am not around that much, I have a good circle of friends and enjoy eating out and and general socialising. I am ideally looking for someone who is like-minded and will be chilled and who is good company but also appreciates having their own time and space.
