Double room in a Victorian house
We are looking for someone that can move in ASAP - on the 1st of November onwards.
Please NOTE that we are JUST looking for a MALE flatmate.
We are mainly looking for a person that is 'professional' or a student. Person that are on benefits or are freelancers please do not apply.
Victorian house share with 5 persons.
There are 2 toilets and one shower. Shared kitchen. Big back garden.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe and double bed. Deposit is £420.
Water and council tax is included in the rent. Wi-Fi internet (£6-7 a month). Electricity i £15 a month and gas bill is every three month (amount depends on usage and its divided equally by all tenants).
Its 10-15 min walk to the nearest tube stations Brixton or Oval. Camberwell Green is 5 min walk in which there are several buses to different destinations. Near Camberwell Green is Denmark Hill station (Overground). Bus to Marble Arch takes about 20min.
FYA tenants at the house do not socialise with others tenants in the house. So if you are looking for a place where you can be social and making friends; then this won't be the place for you.
