Sharing the flat with one other professional (who works in the events industry), the private double room is available for up three months between December 2014 and early March 2015. The pricing listed is fully inclusive of all bills for either a couple or a single person.

The room is available while we are away travelling on a 3 month sabbatical.

Laid-back Camberwell is a great place to live, with its friendly pubs and bars, affordable restaurants and arty cafés (don't miss the Pigeon Hole Café, with its amazing avocado on toast).

There are plenty of green spaces; a great sports centre with a swimming pool; independent shops; a thriving art scene and various supermarkets; the weekend farmers' markets at Oval and Brixton are in easy reach.

In zone 2 and convenient for Central London commuting, it's also close to Brixton, Dulwich and Peckham – make sure you visit the independent eateries and artisan food scene of Brixton Village, or the nightlife in hip-and-happening Peckham.

The flat is on Myatt's Fields - a beautiful park with a Victorian bandstand, landscaped gardens, an independent café, a brilliant kids' play park and regular music and community events.
