Hi,
We are looking for a new housemate to join our spacious share house on the Kennington/Camberwell border.
We are 5 young professionals and the house is a large and tidy period terrace with 2 bathrooms, a big backyard and separate living room and kitchen/dining.
The area is quiet but also super convenient for shops and services, with loads of public transport options and cycle superhighway 7 in the vicinity. There are some nice cafes and bars around too:)
We are all professionals (creative and financial industries) and we have our own lives but we also like to socialise around the table in the evenings.
The room that is available is a large double room on the upper floor. It's fully finished with timber floorboards. We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate to join us!
