We are looking for 1 - 3 flatmates to take over our beautiful flat in Camberwell from the mid of September.

It is a two double bedroom flat with a shared living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. A great patio and two bathrooms (one ensuite). There's hard wood flooring in the majority of the flat and big windows in all rooms. The flat is very modernly decorated and fully furnished with lots of storage and closets. It is a really safe building with cctv in the entrance and a fob is required to enter.

The bus stop is located right outside our door with 10 minutes bus ride to Oval (northern line) and Denmark Hill (overground). Tesco is next door and Morrisons a three minute walk away. There are also several restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood.

RENT, DEPOSIT, FEES:
Rent is pcm £1625 (£813*2). The cost to take over our contract of the flat is a tenancy agreement and administration fee of £300 + VAT and £50 ref fee + VAT. Total bills are usually about £230 per month which includes wifi, council tax, electricity and water. The deposit is a total of £2250 for the flat.

The new tenants must be able to provide copy of passport and, if necessary, proof of visa. We need someone to take over our unlimited internet contract w bt.
