Lovely homely flat in Camberwell/Peckham

I'm looking for a flatmate to share this great place with me, after my current flatmate moves out at the start of October to move in with her boyfriend.

The flat is a modern build, in a safe and friendly housing estate tucked behind the train line, meaning we are a 10 minute walk from either Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye train station, which is great for getting into town.

*The Flat*

The flat is clean, bright and has a gorgeous spacious living room with large windows, great views and a dining table. Despite proximity to the train line, it is actually very quiet.

The room you would be renting is a small double that comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat has lots of storage space, including a utilities cupboard, small attic space, large shared bookcases and a hallway chest of drawers.

We also have a stunning view of Canary Wharf which is the envy of my friends :p

*Me*

I love having friends around for dinner, having nights in with who I live with, buying fresh flowers, cooking and chilling out to some good trashy TV with a glass of wine.

Every fortnight I have friends around one evening for an informal arts & crafts night, and you would be very welcome to join if this appeals!

*What I'm looking for*

I'm self employed and work in a shared office in the Bussey Building in Peckham most days, but do work from home a couple of days a week, so my preference would be to live with someone who doesn't also work from home, to save getting on top of each other.

As it's just the two of us in the flat, I would love to meet someone who is laid back and friendly who will value the homely feel of the flat, and make it a friendly, relaxing place to live.
