The rental includes broadband internet, water & council tax. However does not include tv licence, gas or electricity and expected to be around £25/£35 per person per month based on 4 people sharing the house.

Terms & Financials:
A formal contract of a minimum of 6 months. A deposit of a 1 full month in advance would be required and reimbursed at the end of the tenure. References will be required.
