Cosy Short Term Sublet For A Friendly Character :)

Hey there!
We have a room available for a short term sub-let friendly character to come and live with us as one of the girls had to leave London for some time, but will return to the flat in March 2017 so if you are looking for a short term stay in a laid back but very tidy atmosphere then this room is for you!!
Its a 4 bedroom house with a separate bathroom and toilet. We have just finished to DIY the bathroom and I must say it looks so cute now :) we also just got a new kitchen installed and a new toilet. :D
The flat is located within a 2 minute walk from the bus stops, Buses: (N)12; (N)36; (N)171; (N)345; 436, N89; N136; (N)35; 40; 42; 45; (N)68; 148; (N)176; (N)185; (N)468; 484. Denmark hill train and overground station is just 5mins walk, Morrisons, Tesco Express and the Co-Operative is just 3mins walk and there are many restaurants and pubs around.
Camberwell Green is the best place to live, because everything is at the reach of your hand. And although we don't have a living room, we spend time in each others rooms or in the kitchen every evening, whenever our schedules sync up, and we chat about all things possible. :)
We also have a cleaning Rota in place to keep the house clean and tidy (each one of us has to clean the house once every 4 weeks).
So heres a little about us. We are three girls. I am a student graduate, doing my post-grad in Teaching music in secondary school, One of my lovely flat mates works in a hospital and the other one works in Hospitality :) We are all in our mid twenties. We love music, films and cooking. In summer we chill out on my balcony with a cold beer ;) We also have super fast fibre optic Wireless 100MB internet!
Now the finance bit.
The weekly rent will be £140 with all bills included. Small adjustment of £20 per week for a couple.
The deposit is £200 as it is a short term let, so we wouldnt ask for a months rent deposit.
And the minimum stay is 1 month.
