We are in a bright 4th (top) floor flat (with lift). The flat is in a 1940's post-war building & has central heating & double glazing throughout. Shared areas of the flat are; Kitchen, Living room, bathroom, toilet, & balcony.

The room is fully furnished, has a king-size bed, bedside table, built-in cupboard & wardrobe, shelves, original varnished wooden floors, mirrors, & double glazed windows with blind. Bedding & linen can also be supplied if required.

RENT INCLUDES ALL EXTRA BILLS & CHARGES; Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Wireless Broadband Internet, Sky TV, TV Licence, Water, Land-line Phone, Caretaker / Grounds-keeper fees, etc.

I am Scottish / German, with familial links in Brazil. I enjoy watching TV, films, music, good books & magazines, fashion, psychology, languages, arts & crafts, etc... I am very happy to socialise with flatmates (this is obviously an important part of flat-sharing) but although friendly, at times I am a little quiet & enjoy / need my own time & space too. My flatmate is a very sweet chinese girl who works as a translator.

I am looking for a non-smoking, friendly & relaxed (but clean & tidy) person who is very considerate of others, has LOADS of common sense, pulls their own weight, & who GENUINELY LOVES CATS (I have 3 - they are indoor cats, so there is a litter tray in the flat).

*No couples or DSS - sorry! No loud party animals please! THIS IS NOT A "STUDENT PARTY HOUSE"! It is a place to call home.

We are NOT on an estate, it is a small block of only 40 flats & is only 4 storeys high.

***The flat is in a brilliant location - 5 minutes walk to Camden Town Tube station and all the bars & restaurants, & 5 minutes walk to Camden Market. There are a loads of buses in the area too so its very convenient. Another good thing is that it's far enough away from all the noise & activity in the heart of Camden so it's much calmer & quieter. Also, I have lived here for almost 19 years & have always felt safe - even when coming home alone & a bit tipsy in the early hours of the morning!
