Amazing 3 bed flat in the heart of Camden

Hi Everyone!
There is a room available in our 3 bed maisonnette in Parkway, smack in the heart of Camden! The flat has a bit of an unusual layout: 3 bedrooms (one with an ensuite), a large living room, a large kitchen, and a bathroom, spread over 4 split levels. It's good for having people around to watch a movie or throw a dinner party.

You'll be sharing with Frank (American), Cait (Irish) and myself (Swiss), all 26-27 year olds. We must emphasize that we are looking for someone like us to join our household: we are clean, love to socialize, love to cook, and are always keen on traveling to new places! The general chat is that everyone hangs out at times and has dinner parties, hanging out at times together when it suits and does their own thing when they want to. It is generally a quiet flat during the week since everyone is working.

The room is a classic double room that is near the living room. It is on Parkway, so close to everything Camden Town has to offer, while being a little quieter than Camden High Street:
•3 min walk from Regent’s park
•10 min walk from Primrose Hill
•2 min walk from Camden town tube station
•Buses 274 and C2 are literally in front of the doorstep; many other buses near the tube station
•Cooperative, Wholefoods, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer’s, Waitrose all within 5 min walk range
•Gyms can be found nearby (Fitness First, Better), there are also football pitches, and tennis courts at Hampstead for those who want to play tennis with me!

As you can see in the picture, there is ample seating area with leather sofas in the living room and a large table in the kitchen. The flat also has a projector (to watch movies, sports or play Nintendo 64!)

The rent is £790, and the move-in date flexible, around September 6th.
Bills not included in the rent, but come up to an average of £60 depending on summer/winter (gas, electricity, council tax, TV license, internet)
The deposit is £1180 (1.5 months) which I would expect on your moving day date. The deposit is registered with the DPS so as long as your room is kept in a reasonable state, then you are guaranteed this back. The original lease runs to December 2016, but will fall into a rolling contract after this. Landlord is a laidback guy who doesn't come round unless to fix anything, which, if this happens, it is fixed quickly.
