The house is stunning! It's a Camden town-house refurbished to a very high standard at the beginning of the year. Everything is new and stylish. There are 6 double bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms), a large communal bathroom, a large kitchen / living-room area (with everything you need - see below), plus an outside patio area at the back of the house (with BBQ, table and chairs, and a shed to store bikes).

You'll be sharing with 5 lovely people in their mid-to-late twenties. There are 3 girls and 2 guys. All are professionals who work pretty hard during the week and are very sociable at the weekend. Lots of BBQs in the back garden, watching TV together and beers in Camden.

If you thought the house was good, the location is even better! Literally 1 minute from Camden Tube station, 2 mins from Camden Road Overground station, seconds from Sainsbury's, M&S, and all the shops, markets, restaurants and bars that Camden is famous for. Regents Park is also only a 5 minute walk up Parkway.

We're looking for a guy to keep the balance in the house, aged 25-32, who's a working professional, and is up for joining a fun household and being part of our little family! Good banter and good chat is essential! If you like BBQs, beers, cinema, gigs, music, sport... and the occasional night out in Camden you'll be perfect. We like to keep the house clean and tidy too, so you'll need to muck in now and then to help.

THE OTHER STUFF:

* Rent is £748 per month (inc council tax)
Bills not included in the rent are:
* Water at £6 per month
* Sky TV at £14 per month
* Cleaner for communal area £10 per month
* Gas and electricity is paid every quarter and usually comes to around £30

* Your deposit is 6 weeks rent
* The move in date is the beginning of April
* 12 month lease to be signed
