Hi! :)
We're looking for a flatmate or two for our lovely eco-friendly VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FLATSHARE in Canada Water / Surrey Quays :) The 5 bedroom house has a big garden and is located in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve. 15 min walk from Canada Water Station. It has a big living room and a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one big upstairs and one small downstairs). Lots of storage for bikes and other stuff and additionally a greenhouse! :)
The rent is from £500 to £600 depending on the size of room (more if you're a couple). Please contact me now if you're interested and able to move as soon as possible. This is very urgent.
There are four of us already, young professionals of mixed European nationalities, 2 guys and 2 girls in our 20s and 30s, into healthy lifestyles, art, music, photography and sports including yoga. We're all very chilled out and open-minded.
You need to be working and earning above 16K per annum or have a guarantor who can vouch for you in order to pass the reference check.
