Big bright double room in garden maisonette near Canary Wharf

Hi there!

Join our easy going flatshare: We’re looking for a professional, who enjoys their work beyond 9 to 5. A creative person who likes to socialise and sees their home as a haven to chill out or catch some sun in our big garden. Ideally someone who respects the house and keeps it clean.

The house:

It's a three bedroom maisonette with a continental look. Wooden floors. Double glazing. White walls, white ceilings. No dusty curtains, but natural wooden blinds. Quiet, as surrounded by gardens and parking space. But cool neighbours who don't mind the odd party.
There is a big living room with leather couches, ideal to chill in front of the telly. Towards the garden we have a big all glass terrace door and big windows, so it's very bright and filled with sunshine. We have spare mattresses and a futon bed, so friends can stay over and have a proper night's sleep.
A new kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to make a nice dinner and to go creative in the kitchen.
A sparkly bathroom with bathtub and power shower, all in white. With big blinded windows, so it's bright and never damp in the bathroom.
But the best is: A huge garden facing South-West! That means we have sunshine from midday until late evening. In the back is a herb garden, so there's always fresh rosemary, sage, parsley, chives, mint and rocket salad. We have a nice big terrace, the best opportunity to invite your friends and have a BBQ (we have two, just in case some more people come around)!
All rooms have broadband. All normal amenities like central heating, washing machine, microwave, freeview digital TV, big stereo in the living room, powershower etc.

The big double room:

The room comes with walk-in wardrobe, shelves, desk, chest of drawers, double bed, TV & DVD. It has big windows, is bright and light. It's opposite an elementary school, which means it's quiet and peaceful. The view stretches far over the school ground and there are no near by houses from which people could look into the room. There are no roads directly by the house, only residential streets near by, so there is no traffic noise.
The room is available for viewings now and goes for ₤650 pcm, that's including all standard bills: council tax, water, electricity, gas, telephone line, wireless internet broadband.

The flatmates:

You would live with two girls who are hard workers and spend a lot of time busy with jobs or going out to meet up with friends. When at home we are easy going, like to relax, have a chat or simply catch up on some sleep.

The area:

The house is a 15 min bus ride from Shoreditch, 10 min walk to Canary Wharf and it takes 10 min on the DLR to get to Bank. With the new Langdon Park DLR, it's only 4 stops to Stratford. There is a nightbus (No 15) that comes from Central London to our doorstep quite frequently. Shops, supermarkets and weekend markets are in a nearby shopping street about 2 min walk. Pups are around the corner, but our favourite pub is about 10 min walk to Westferry with Saturday's crazy hat parties. There are lots of parks nearby, Victoria Park comes with water features, deer enclosure, tennis courts, cricket and football fields. There are gyms 10 min walk to Canary Wharf and a sports stadium 15 min walk to the Millennium Park. The canal is a 10 min walk North, the river is 10 min to the South. There are several schools and nurseries nearby, so it's a safe and quiet area. The neighbours are fantastic, inviting us over for BBQs and always up for lending the odd bits and helping out.
