Room available in luxury flat in Canary Wharf

The flat is located in Canary Wharf a Historic River Police building has been converted into a massive luxury apartment with four rooms and plenty of communal areas including an amazing living rooms with first line view to the Thames a massive kitchen, patio, multipurpose rooms, two bathrooms and one toilet. We are looking for someone to share the flat with us.

The in room is very spacious and plenty of space for storage it comes with a double bed with mattress, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. It can easily accommodate a large desk with an office chair as well as a shelf. This room will be available from the 3rd of May. If you have interest let us know as we are very flexible.

The bathroom of this room is has bath tube and is shared mostly with another room.

We are looking for the right people to share the living in this friendly clean and respectful flat-share.

In regards to the flat it is divided in three levels:

Our very spacious kitchen is located on the lower level and has plenty of storage space it has a dining area and views to the Thames. There is a patio next to the kitchen which has access to street and it is normally used in summer for barbecues or gardening we use it as well for the bikes and could potentially be used for small motorcycles or scooters.

In the mid-level there is our lovely living-room, it is perfect to enjoy the amazing views to the Thames and the O2 and watching movies with friends. Needless to say it is very romantic and relaxing. The space in the living room is divided by the fireplace and on the other side there is a very large dining room with the same amazing views.
The main entrance is in this level and there is a toilet as well as a room and a very spacious multi-purpose room currently used as a home gym, perfect for yoga or home fitness.

In the upper level, there is a full bathroom with a bath tube the one mentionned above and the rest of the rooms one of which with its one bathroom.
