Friendly and homely houseshare looking for a new housemate in Dalston.

The Room
A bright and large double room for £600 is available on the lower ground floor of the house. The room is available from the 1st of March. There's lots of storage in the room. The outgoing housemate will potentially be selling her bed (we will confirm this). Also on the lower ground floor are the kitchen, lounge, toilet and your own entrance to the street.

The House
The house is located on a quiet and really quaint residential road about 5 minutes walk from Dalston. The house is fully modernised with neutral decor but also has a very homely feel to it. There's a communal lounge/dining space (with Sky TV) where we all hang out and socialise. Attached to this is the kitchen which is fully kitted out with appliances and accessories. The garden is a medium size and has a BBQ. There's also a roof terrace. Shared modern bathroom and additional toilet on the lower ground floor. The flat has full mod cons, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and broadband etc. There's also quite alot of storage in the communal areas.
Bills are about £80-£100 a month depending on the season. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week and cleans the communal spaces - we take it in turn to pay the weekly fee which is £30.

The house is in a really good location with amazing transport connections:
Dalston and Canonbury stations are 5-7 minutes walk away - both are on the Overground
Highbury & Islington is about a 15 minute walk - on the Victoria Line
There are multiple bus routes connecting the area to Shoreditch, the City, Angel and the West End.

There's also permitted parking outside should you need it.

The Housemates
2 guys (one from London and one from Ireland) and 2 girls (from London and one from Australia). We have been living together for awhile and all get on really well.
We are all pretty chilled during the week, hang out in the lounge, watch a movie and sometimes have house dinners which usually consist of good food, banter and plenty of wine. On the weekends we have the potential to party. Either have friends round or head out. We all have different mates and get together every once in a while, so its a great chance to meet new people.
Our current housemate is moving out as she is moving to a different location.

What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who is clean, laid back, easy to get along with, and can chill/party out with us and be a new friend to the crew.
References are needed and the deposit is £1000.
