Cheap, Amazing 3 Bed Available In Angel/ Canonbury

Hi,

We are currently only looking for groups of 3 to take over the whole flat, rather than individual rooms.

We are three girls moving out the beginning of June and are looking for three people to take over our homely, lovely, clean flat. It has made us very happy the last year and a half, and we will be sad to leave.

The flat has:
- living room which opens up onto a balcony
- kitchen with all essentials
- bathroom with shower
- toilet room
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 single room but fits a double bed in it

We all love this flat, the landlord is fabulous and the neighbours are friendly.

The area is:
- 20 mins walk to Angel
- 20 mins walk to Highbury and Islington
- 10 mins walk to Canonbury
- 12 mins walk to Dalston Junction
- 10 mins to Essex road station
- plus buses going to London Bridge (141, 21), Euston (73, 476), Victoria (38) every couple of minutes.

The area is ideal, it is close to loads of cool places and easy to get home at night.

You will be taking over our contract for 3 months and then it is up to you if you would like to stay another year.

We love this flat and would recommend it to anyone who wants a cheap, lovely flat in a great area.
