Our passion is to create a stress free quality environment for people like you who work hard and want somewhere to call home. The house provides a great relaxing calming environment .The room has been newly refurbished with new flooring new curtains etc.....just like the pictures

This single room has with modern furnishings and very cosy.
The room has ample storage and a luxury single bed bedside units and desk.
Home seekers can pack their belonging and move in to enjoy the beautiful co-living lifestyle.

THE HOUSE
All bills are included in the rent along with high speed WIFI and internet connection. On street parking is available .
The beautiful south facing garden is a great place to meditate with the sound of the waterfall and nature.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

All services include gas, electric etc. Kitchen facilities include oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer etc.

LOCATION
The property is located in Catford, 10 minutes walk from Catford Bridge, Lewisham DLR, Lidl, McDonalds, Sport Direct, and the main Post Office and COOP.
Lewisham and Catford Bridge have excellent commuting facilities including:- British Rail, Dockland Light Railway the London Underground all 5 to 10 minutes away.
