This is a very big room (around 30 sq. m.) on the first floor of a converted Victorian house for SINGLE occupancy.

I'm looking for someone "über" clean and tidy who treats places and people with care and respect.

The room is ideally suited for a non-smoking professional person and note that this is absolutely NOT a party house (no couch-surfing).

The current flatmate is a quiet female professional who enjoys the peace and tranquillity of the place and is extremely respectful of second flatmate (privacy, noise, cleanliness).

THE FLAT:

The room is for the flatmate ONLY. It's a self contained room, almost like a small studio, it is fully furnished with laundry equipment and is extremely light with bow windows, period features, high ceiling and seagrass flooring.

There is fast speed broadband.

The kitchen is bright and comes with an eat-in table and a washing machine.

The shared bathroom (with only one person, female, extremely clean) has a bath / shower and its own window.

Toilets are in a SEPARATE room.

RENT AND DEPOSIT:

The full rent includes the room AND bills and amounts to £230 per WEEK or £996 per month and is payable at the beginning of a month period.

The deposit of five weeks is £1,150 and will be refunded at the end of the stay.

There are fifteen day notice for both parties.

TRANSPORT & neighbourhood:

The exclusive neighbourhood is a great place to live. Close distance from numerous shops, grocery stores, cinemas, pubs and restaurants on Fulham Rd, Earl's Court Rd & Hollywood Rd.

A public garden is located around the corner. Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, the river Thames and some of the greatest London museums are close by.

Earl's Court & West Brompton tube stations are at equal distance (7-8 minute walking distance) with Piccadilly, District and Overground lines.

There are many buses, which go almost everywhere in London; 14, 328, 74, 430, 414, 211, C1, C3 plus night buses. Earl's Court station is in both zone 1 & 2 which is cheaper whatever direction taken. It is also ideally located for Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

There is a street bike bay in front of the house and a Santander cycle dock station at 3mn.
