Nice room in leafy chiswick 1 min from station

We have a double room on the top floor attic conversion of our house. It is our son's old room but he works away and only returns for occasional weekends. It is available for weekday lets (Monday night to Thursday). Although not ensuite the spacious modern shower room next to the room has a powerful walk in shower. The bathroom is shared with another quiet 19 year old tenant who has been with us for a year and a half. Wireless broadband is included with the room, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and obviously furnishing and double bed. We're a family house and periodically our other 2 sons come to visit but mostly they are away at university; there are no children under 18 or anything like that. We have a dog but he is very friendly. The room is available for 3 months initially, but this is flexible, and we can discuss if the tenant wants to stay on longer.
