We are 2 professionals (2 guys) and are looking for another person to share with us in our stylish, clean and comfy flat. We are very friendly, laid back chaps. Its usually 1 lady & 2 chaps sharing the flat.

The room is a medium size Double, furnished with a double Bed and chest of drawers. Room size is (2. 7 Meters x 3. 1 Meters)

The rent includes all bills.

The room is available from 16th Dec for a 2-5 month stay.

The flat (N33PU) is on the third floor of a 1930s mansion block surrounded by greenery and with a lift, private car park and garden. It is a five-ten minute bus ride from Finchley Central/Fifteen min walk and a 10 minute bus ride from Hendon Central (both on Northern line)

The flat has wooden floorboards, nice modern kitchen with washing machine, fridge, gas cooker, microwave. Lounge has 37" TV (Freeview) & Wireless Broadband Internet.

Bathroom has a decent bath/shower (the shower is "as hot as you like")

Amenities in the area- corner shops and a Tesco about 15 min away, nice pubs nearby- the Catcher in the Rye, the Two Brothers Fish restaurant is up the road, Zizzi's is not too far either. Plenty of buses to Brent Cross, (143 / 326) & Finchley road,(82 / 460) Victoria all nearby.
