Hello,

I am looking to let the large double room in my 2-bed flat at 376 Wandsworth Road. The room is bright, has plenty of storage and benefits from double glazing. You would have your own bathroom (with bath and shower), and a shared toilet.

The flat is well decorated, with wooden flooring in the hall and kitchen, and carpet in the lounge and bedrooms. At 1000 sq. ft, the flat is very spacious with an open plan kitchen/lounge, a garden patio and a secure shed for bike storage.

The flat is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a fridge freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a large TV in the lounge (fitted to a moveable wall bracket) with Sky and a surround sound system, as well as unlimited broadband.

The property has excellent transport links to central London and also towards South Kensington. Clapham North tube (Northern Line) station is a 10 minute walk away, and Wandsworth Road station is a 1 minute walk away and runs right through the city and into East London.

The bus stop opposite the flat offers links to Clapham Junction (10 mins), Battersea (5 mins), South Ken (20 mins), Vauxhall (5 mins), Covent Garden/Soho (20 mins).

The existing flatmate is a 26 year old girl called Emily who has been at the flat since Christmas 2014 and works for PWC.

Rent is 850 / month excluding bills. Bills are approximately 120 / month, including utilities, council tax, Sky, broadband and a monthly cleaner.

Ideally, I would like to let the room for a minimum of 12 months but would consider a 6 month letting period.

Worth mentioning that I have taken a few wall pictures down in the hallway so the walls may look a little bare but happy of course for tenants to add their own.
