Friendly, sociable, clean and tidy person required for a double room in a big (over 100 sqm), bright, top (second) floor, mansion block flat. There are currently three young professionals living in the flat - two males and one female. All are sociable and looking for someone to join in with TV nights and the occasional drink.
There is secure parking. The flat is non-smoking. Clapham Common and Clapham North tubes are 10 minutes walk and the 137 bus stops right outside for Knightsbridge and Oxford Circus. (Also 355 bus for Brixton). Clapham Common is 10 minutes walk. There are numerous shops, pubs and bars within walking distance in Brixton and Clapham. It has a very large shared lounge, shared kitchen, shared bathroom, central heating, a washing machine, broadband and Sky TV.
All bills are included (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband/WiFi, Sky TV and TV Licence)
