Close to all the fantastic range of shops, restaurants and bars, plus a weekend market that Clapham has to offer and overlooking beautiful Clapham Common.

The available room is a large double with an ensuite and has plenty of storage. It's ideal for couples. The rest of the property is beautiful, bright and has lots of space. There's a big living room with dining area, a smart kitchen and a great terrace outside. And as a bonus our landlord is amazing!

About us: We are two males who socialise at weekends in the local area but also relish our down-time, relaxing with good food and a film, or playing sport. We are very clean and tidy and like to keep a nice home.

The room itself is £1050 per calendar month, and the bills are £127 a month including council tax as Clapham Junction is in the Wandsorth council tax bracket and a fantastic cleaner who comes once a week.
