1 double bedroom in nice clapham house

Hi

I am looking for a new housemate for my house near Clapham South.

We are all friendly and easy going. I've shared with friends in the past and like quite a sociable house while everybody still has their own space. I'd also consider myself clean and tidy (although not obsessive), and there is a weekly cleaner.

Other than me, there is also Vanessa and Rachel. I'm a lawyer, Vanessa works in banking and Rachel works in fashion at Liberty, so we are all quite mixed. We can all work quite late during the week, but enjoy a drink when we can.

The bedroom is a double and there is a bathroom on the first floor and a very large bath and shower room on the half landing at the back.

Downstairs there are two open plan reception rooms plus a large kitchen diner at the back with glass doors opening up onto a patio garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher etc. and there is a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The road is directly off Clapham Common Westside and around 10 minutes walk to Clapham South tube station, about 10 minutes walk to the Northcote Road and about (brisk!) 15 minutes walk to Clapham Junction.
