Lovely Double Room In Friendly Flat Share!

Good morning everyone!

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into a spacious double room in our 4 bed flat right off Clapham old town. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV, broadband and two bathrooms.

Located in zone 2, it is a 10 min walk to Clapham common underground station which runs on the Northern line (great for getting everywhere in London).There are also plenty of buses only a short walk away to take you right into central London.

You will be sharing with three amazing ladies...all of whom I'm sad to be leaving! Unfortunately I am leaving our lovely home to move closer to work! Avril is 26, a nurse who works for a private healthcare company, Lauren is 23 and works as a management consultant and our newest housemate is Jess, 23 a receptionist for a phone company. We each have our own social lives; but equally enjoy just hanging out with each other in and outside of the flat and sampling the great bars and restaurant through Clapham old town and the high street.

We very much think of this flat as our home and would be looking for someone who feels the same. You also need to be tidy, willing to do your share of cleaning and considerate of others and of course, someone who likes being sociable and loves a bit of bad TV and a glass of wine!

To move in we ask one month rent and a security deposit of £750.

The room is available from the 1st October, and we will be looking to do viewings this weekend, preferably on Saturday.
