I have a huge room to rent in clapham south just off the common. Lovely house on a quiet street in a sought of area. Local amenities are ideal with a Sainsburys local a stones throw away and clapham south tube a 5 minute walk away. Clapham common and clapham junction are easily accessible with great shops and bars.
Current housemates are easy going and make the house feel welcome (only moving out to be closer to work). The 2 guys live downstairs (accountant and analyst) and the other lady lives upstairs (pa). The house comes with all the normal mod cons (a brand new washing machine) and a good size garden - a steal for the area!!
Rent is ã565 a month + bills which works out to be on average about ã600 a month! Again a steal for the area!
