Two double rooms in recently refurbished terrace. Flat is only one of three in very quiet building/street. Great location!

I have had two wonderful flatmates so far who were short term tenants so hoping for a long termer this time, although happy to consider short term. See price variance as detailed below.

I am currently in the larger bedroom and hoping to move to smaller one, but pick the one you like; I am fine with staying put if necessary. There are positives in staying in either:)

Larger double bedroom is at the back of the flat, away from kitchen, living room and other bedroom, and faces the backyard. Includes: double bed with mattress, duvet and pillows, wardrobe, laundry hamper, small chest of drawers, shoe cupboard, clothes drying rack and ironing board. Long term 1000 pounds pcm. Short term 250 per week. All bills included.

Smaller double bedroom is towards front of the flat, window faces the backyard. Includes: double bed with mattress, duvet and pillows, wardrobe, laundry hamper, large chest of drawers, bookshelves, clothes drying rack and ironing board. Long term 900 cpm. Short term 225 per week. All bills included.

Long term = more than 3 months
Short term = less than 3 months

Shared, decent sized living room with TV (Sky&BB), coffee table and lounge. Well-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. Iron and ironing board also available in kitchen.

Five minutes walk to Clapham High St overground station and Clapham North station on Northern line: 10 minutes to Waterloo; 15 minutes to Bank; 20 minutes to Moorgate. Victoria line at Stockwell Station a short bus/tube ride away.

I am a quiet, clean living, easy-going, educated Aussie European professional who also likes to share a bottle of wine and socialise occasionally. Would like similar in a flatmate. I am straight but have many gay/lesbian friends so very gay friendly:)

I have been in this flat since October 2014 and am quite happy with area, location and landlord. I have needed to make two repairs to flat and landlord has organised immediate repair.

This set up will suit a professional Londoner who wants no muss, no fuss, just a clean, quiet place to sleep, safely leave personal belongings, relax after work, cook or go out to eat/drink. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all at your door step - only a short walk away!
