My friend Amy and I are looking for a third person to live with in my flat in Clapham South/Between the Commons. I am the owner of the flat and the live-in landlord.
We are looking for a third girl to share our lovely flat with. Amy works in retail strategy and I work in the legal profession. We both moved to London in the last year/18 months and are looking for someone fun and relaxed to live with.
The room is a good-sized double bedroom, fully refurbished and the flat has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and fully refurbished living room.
The flat is 10 minutes walk to Clapham South tube, 15/20 minutes walk to Clapham junction, and there is a bus right outside the flat that goes to Clapham junction.
Bills are not included. We split all the bills between us.
