A very large double bedroom overlooking the garden. The room is furnished with a bed, 2 large built in wardrobes, a cupboard, wicker armchair, side table and a shelving unit.

The Flat:

The flat is large, airy and smartly decorated. The landlady is really nice & efficient and in the last 18 months has redecorated the flat, replaced the carpets, installed new sash windows, new sofas, and replaced the oven and washing machine.

The communal spaces include a large comfortable living room with a flat screen Freeview TV, Virgin broadband & WiFi; A kitchen with dining room table for 6, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle; Bathroom and separate WC; A utility room; A cellar for storage; A private garden with a BBQ.

Situated on Wixs Lane, Clapham high street and Clapham Junction are within easy walking distance and have lots of shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, supermarkets, banks, post offices etc. Clapham Common (as in the great big park) is a 2 minute walk from the house which is great for the summer months and for exercising if that’s your thing!

We are Josephina and Madi. Josephina is a 29 year old, Dutch, single professional, working in TV, while Madi is 24 and does science communication.

We are looking for a fun, friendly, relaxed, self-sufficient professional, who wants to live in a clean, tidy, well located flat with friendly flatmates. People that have their own lives but are still happy to hang out at home and head out & about for the odd drink or meal. We like the house to feel like a home and a place where you can chill out without feeling like a stranger.
